Hi, I’m Audrey Pfluger. I’m a Licensed professional Counselor turned leadership and executive coach.
As a licensed therapist, I’ve developed the ability to quickly understand and clarify the dynamics of individuals and systems. This allows me to pinpoint where support will have the greatest impact and where certain interventions may be less effective. My approach is structured yet flexible, combining deep understanding with actionable strategies to create lasting, transformative results.
My journey to transformational coaching
I shifted into executive and leadership coaching because I kept seeing the same challenges come up again and again, talented, capable people who wanted to grow but felt stuck in reaching their goals. I’ve always been drawn to helping people step into the best version of themselves, and coaching felt like the natural next step. My own path has been a mix of creativity and psychology: I began in interior design, creating spaces for learning and performance, and later became a licensed professional counselor focused on trauma, relationships, and the inner voices that can hold us back.
Over the years, I realized that the struggles people face in their personal lives often mirror the struggles they face at work, communication breakdowns, self-doubt, perfectionism, or fear of failure. Coaching allows me to bring these insights into a space that’s forward-focused and practical, blending deep understanding with real-world strategies. For me, the most rewarding part is watching clients shift how they see themselves—gaining clarity, confidence, and the tools to lead and live with more purpose. I love working with people who are excited to invest in their future selves, stretch into new possibilities, and creating meaningful change that ripples far beyond their careers.
My Background
-
Masters Degree - Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am licensed in North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
-
After gaining my license in CMHC I worked for a variety of mental health organizations before beginning my private practice in 2021.
-
Before beginning my masters degree, my career was in interior design, and while I loved the creative world of design, my true passion has always been working directly with people. That led me to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. And the rest, as they say, is history.
FAQs
Is coaching the same as therapy?
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on symptoms, diagnoses, and the past, coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented process. Coaching helps you define what’s next, set clear objectives, and take actionable steps toward the future you want to create.
How do we work together?
I always begin by scheduling a free consultation call where we can get to know each other and assess weather your goals and my expertise are a good fit! After our initial consultation call all sessions are held via Zoom, giving you the flexibility and convenience you need while preserving the personal connection that’s so important to our work.
How long does it take?
There’s no “right” timeline for success. While many clients begin with a six-month engagement, the duration is always tailored to your unique goals and needs.
What makes your approach unique?
I bring together my clinical therapy expertise and creative development experience to offer a unique blend of deep insight and actionable solutions for real-world challenges.
