Hi, I’m Audrey Pfluger. I’m a Licensed professional Counselor turned leadership and executive coach.

My experience as a therapist helps me see the patterns in how people and teams operate, sometimes before they even realize it themselves.

This allows me to see where we need to focus our energy, where we can move the needle and where we may be waisting our efforts.

My approach balances planning with adaptability, helping people understand themselves while making real, lasting progress.

My journey to business and career coaching

I started out in interior design, creating spaces for learning and performance. And while I loved the creative process, I couldn’t stand sitting at a computer alone all day. Quite frankly, I wasn’t very productive myself because I was much more interested in talking to my coworkers about their goals than getting my own work done.

I decided to go back to school to become a licensed professional counselor and as I worked I kept seeing the same challenges come up again and again; talented, capable people who wanted to grow but felt stuck. And over the years, I realized that the struggles people face in their personal lives often mirror the struggles they face at work; communication breakdowns, self-doubt, perfectionism, or fear of failure. I’ve always been drawn to being with people as they step into the best version of themselves.

Coaching allows me to bring these insights into a space that’s forward-focused and practical, blending deep understanding with real-world strategies. For me, the most rewarding part is watching clients shift how they see themselves, gaining clarity, confidence, and the tools to live and lead with more purpose.

I love working with people who are excited to invest in their future, stretch into new possibilities, and create meaningful change that ripples far beyond their careers.

FAQs

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on symptoms, diagnoses, and the past, coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented process. Coaching helps you define what’s next, set clear objectives, and take actionable steps toward the future you want to create.

How do we work together?

I always begin by scheduling a free consultation call where we can get to know each other and assess weather your goals and my expertise are a good fit! After our initial consultation call all sessions are held via Zoom, giving you the flexibility and convenience you need while prioritizing the personal connection that’s so important to our work.

How long does it take?

There’s no “right” timeline for success. While many clients begin with a six to twelve-month engagement, the duration is always tailored to your unique goals and needs.

What makes your approach unique?

I bring together my clinical therapy expertise and creative development experience to offer a unique blend of deep insight and actionable solutions for real-world challenges.
